What is NTP? NTP stands for Notice-to-Proceed. This is a critical milestone for the construction of energy related projects, signalling that a project is ready to begin construction.
What steps are involved in achieving NTP? In order to achieve NTP, a project must have (i) all local, state, and federal non-ministerial permits and approvals, (ii) approval from the utility and Regional Transmission Operation, including estimated costs and timing, (iii) final investment approvals from project financiers, and (iv) an insurable owner’s title policy.

Our clients are property owners with idle, vacant land.
We acquire land for solar, energy storage, and/or data center development. We do this through entering into long-term lease-option or purchase-option agreements with property owners wishing to maximize the value of their land.
Each agreement includes a short “option” period followed by a “long-term lease / ownership” period. During the “option” period, we assess the feasibility for solar, energy storage, and/or data center development through various engineering and technical studies.

Properties meeting feasibility requirements automatically enter into the “long-term lease / ownership” period.

Our investors are large infrastructure funds.
We work with the largest, most reputable financing parties. Through relationships with these institutions, we are able to source capital on favorable terms – and pass through benefits to property owners in the form of favorable lease rates.
